By confirming a reservation with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Check-in and Check-out

  • Standard Check-in Time: 3:00 PM

  • Standard Check-out Time: 10:00 AM

  • Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges payable directly to the hotel.

2. Booking Confirmation & Payments

  • All reservations are subject to successful payment and confirmation.

  • The hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of the payment method or credit/debit card used during the booking process.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Reservations cancelled by the guest are subject to the cancellation policy applicable at the time of booking.

  • Unless otherwise specified, advance payments made online are non-refundable.

  • No refund shall be provided for:

    • No-shows

    • Early departures

    • Unused services after check-in

  • Where a refund is approved and applicable, it will be initiated within 48 hours of approval. The refunded amount will typically be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to banking and payment gateway processing timelines.

4. Guest Identification

  • All guests must present a valid government-issued photo identification document at the time of check-in.

  • The hotel reserves the right to deny accommodation in the absence of valid identification.

5. Age Requirement

  • The primary guest making the reservation and checking in must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Guests below 18 years must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult.

6. Reservation Modifications

  • Reservation modifications, including date changes or cancellations, may be requested through the “Cancel/Reschedule Booking” section available on the booking page.

  • Approval of modification requests is subject to availability and the applicable booking policy.

7. Fraud Prevention & Reservation Integrity

  • We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or refuse any reservation where fraudulent activity, misuse, unauthorized transactions, suspicious behavior, or booking errors are suspected.

  • Such actions may be taken without prior notice to protect the interests of guests, the hotel, and the booking platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our total liability arising from any reservation, service issue, or claim shall be limited to the total amount paid for the booking.

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to travel disruptions, loss of profits, personal expenses, or alternative accommodation costs.

9. Occupancy Policy

  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any guest who fails to comply with hotel policies or local regulations.

10. Single Stag Policy

  • Single stag guests are strictly not permitted.

  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in or cancel the reservation without refund if a booking is found to be in violation of this policy.

11. General Terms

  • By completing a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

  • The hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
